• Challenge Tri (1.2km Swim / 42km Cycle / 10km Run)
• Challenge RELAY TEAM  (1.2km Swim / 42km Cycle / 10km Run)
• Challenge Duathlon (10km Run / 42km Cycle / 10km Run)

Registration Times: 

• 10km Run Challenge Duathlon: 5:45am to 6:15am
• MiniTri: 5:45am to 6:15am 
• Sprint Tri: 6:15am to 6:45am 
• Challenge Tri: 6:45am to 7:15am
  Bike Racking will be at the same time as registration. Once you register, you enter the transition directly from registration - secure area.

• Challenge Relay Team (2 or 3): R600.00
• Challenge Duathlon: R460.00

Entries are limited due to COVID regulations. 

Very Important information:

• Each competitor must download and print a COVID health form HERE and hand in at registration. 
• FINAL Race Instructions are HERE
• This event is DRAFT LEGAL. 
• Entries limited to current restriction numbers of 250 per start batch or as per Covid regulations at the time. 
• Athletes need to sanitize and have their Tempreture checked as they enter the venue (Stations to be provided)
• Athletes need to wear a mask until they walk down to the swim start and reapply once finished.
• Athletes will be set off in a mass swim start (No Rolling Start) 
• No Spectators at the Event, start/finish, or on course
• NO PRIZES or PRIZE GIVING DUE TO COVID-19 REGULATIONS. Lucky Draw prizes will be handed out randomly
• Team entries are allowed
• Staff and officials will be kept to a minimum to comply with regulations.
• Water tables will be self-service (32Gi Sachets and water cup provided)
• All competitors will receive and ice-cold aQuella at the finish line and a finishers keyring or similar item.
