Join us for the last TinMan of 2021 in a special Final event! 

THE FIRST 300 ENTRIES GET A GOODIE BAG AND RACE CAP.  

This final event takes place on Sunday, 21 November on the Sundeck Lawns at Suncoast, so come be part of the action! 

With a relaxed atmosphere at the awesome Suncoast Beach venue, families can enjoy a festive vibe at the Tinman Tri Series, making it great day out for the family with some fun and fitness for everyone.With full road closure on the cycle route that takes on MY Avenue, the event is great for families that want to have fun and take up a challenge! 

Events:

• 10km Run
• Mini Tri (200m Swim / 5km Cycle / 2.5km Run)
• Mini Tri RELAY TEAM  (200m Swim / 5km Cycle / 2.5km Run)
• Sprint Tri (600m Swim / 22km Cycle / 5km Run)
• Sprint RELAY TEAM (600m Swim / 22km Cycle / 5km Run)
• Challenge Tri (1.2km Swim / 42km Cycle / 10km Run)
• Challenge RELAY TEAM  (1.2km Swim / 42km Cycle / 10km Run)
• Challenge Duathlon (10km Run / 42km Cycle / 5km Run)

Registration Venue: Suncoast Sundeck

Registration Times: 

• 10km Run Challenge Duathlon: 5:45am to 6:15am
• MiniTri: 5:45am to 6:15am 
• Sprint Tri: 6:15am to 6:45am 
• Challenge Tri: 6:45am to 7:15am
  Bike Racking will be at the same time as registration. Once you register, you enter the transition directly from registration - secure area.

• 10km Run: R140.00 
• Mini: R230.00 
• Mini Relay Team of 2: R155.00 (p.p)  / of 3: R115.00 (p.p.)
• Sprint: R430.00
• Sprint Relay Team of 2: R255.00 (p.p)  / of 3: R180.00 (p.p.)
• Challenge Tri: R490.00
• Challenge Relay Team of 2 R330.00 (p.p)  / of 3: R230.00 (p.p.)
• Challenge Duathlon: R500.00

Entries are limited due to COVID regulations. 

ENTRIES CLOSE ON THURSDAY THE 18th NOV, AT MIDNIGHT.

Very Important information:

• Each competitor must download and print a COVID health form HERE and hand in at registration. 
• FINAL Race Instructions are HERE
• This event is DRAFT LEGAL. (Women can't draft Men & Men can't draft Women)
• Entries limited to current restriction numbers of 250 per start batch or as per Covid regulations at the time. 
• Athletes need to sanitize and have their Tempreture checked as they enter the venue (Stations to be provided)
• Athletes need to wear a mask until they walk down to the swim start and reapply once finished.
• Athletes will be set off in a mass swim start (No Rolling Start) 
• No Spectators at the Event, start/finish, or on course
• No Prize giving or prize money as per regulations. Lucky Draw prizes will be handed out randomly during the races. 
• Team entries are allowed
• Staff and officials will be kept to a minimum to comply with regulations.
• Water tables will be self-service (32Gi Sachets and water sachets will be provided)
• All competitors will receive and ice-cold aQuella at the finish line and a finishers keyring or similar item.
