This event is also the 2024 South African Long Distance Championships. For all athletes wanting to be elligible for the Champs - please ensure you have a valid TSA licence for this event and not a day licence.

There is also an Aquabike option available for Ultra athletes!

- Standard Individual Triathlon: 1.5km Swim / 40km Cycle / 10km Run (NEW)
- Ultra Individual or Relay Team Triathlon: 2km Swim / 80km Cycle / 18km Run
- Aquabike Individual: 2km Swim / 80km Cycle
